Deana has worked in transforming corporate cultures for the last 19 years. She is a life and leadership coach, mediator, facilitator, and trainer who has had the pleasure of working with businesses ranging from entrepreneurial to Fortune 200 companies. She enjoys looking at what is not working in an individual, team, or organization and creating a path to excellence.
Deana is a creative facilitator with knowledge of adult learning principles. She has designed and executed unique training experiences in a variety of nonprofit and corporate contexts that resulted in improved employee engagement, transformational leadership, and enhanced customer experiences.
Education and Certifications
Deana earned a bachelor’s of science in elementary education from Abilene Christian University. She has completed training in family and basic mediation dispute resolution services; extended DiSC certification; extended DiSC North America; Six Levels of Leadership Certification; TMI leadership consulting; and 360 Coaching Certification.
